Late Steve Jobs ‘ certificate for his stock in Apple was discovered in trash, now is at sale online for $195,000
In 1985, Steve Jobs was a little too controversially fired straight out of Apple by then- CEO John Sculley who considered media and people in general could be fooled by his ‘secure’ version of the story. According to him Jobs was deemed diarray and therefore took a leave of absence.
Before the incident, Steve Jobs’ perfectly framed certificate hung on his office wall. Sources, while describing the event reported that Jobs left the office in a hurry, abandoning all his personal belongings back in his office which were thrown in a dumspter on Sculley’s orders.
One of the Apple employees, however, thought it right to summon the certificate, his identity remains anonymous. There’s no legend or evidence as to why the employee didn’t return ones Jobs returned.
